Mobile Patrol Driver - Financial Services Facility

About the role

As a Mobile Patrol Driver - Financial Services Facility, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual occurrences.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, incidents, and/or operational needs.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
