We are growing at OnSite Employer Testing. We engage qualified collectors and support professionals on a contract or 1099 basis when client volume and geography require extra capacity.

About the role

This page describes the types of roles we may need to fill. Engagements are assignment-driven, and expectations are spelled out in writing when there is a match.

Responsibilities

• Breath Alcohol Testing Technician — responsible for performing breath alcohol tests in compliance with relevant regulations and client expectations.
• DOT Collector — responsible for collecting and processing urine, oral fluid samples, and related documentation in accordance with Department of Transportation guidelines.
• Phlebotomy / Specimen Collection Support — responsible for drawing blood specimens or handling other laboratory samples as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license when driving is part of the assignment.
• Reliable communication and professional conduct on employer sites.
• Willingness to follow chain-of-custody and program instructions exactly.
• Successful completion of any role-specific credential, background, or screening steps agreed upon before representing OnSite Employer Testing on a client visit.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), a valid driver's license where applicable, and meet any minimum age requirements for the work involved (often 21+ for alcohol-related or certain regulated tasks—details vary by role and jurisdiction).

Skills

While not all roles require specific certifications, candidates should be familiar with regulatory requirements and able to perform tasks such as breath alcohol testing, DOT collection, and phlebotomy.

Benefits

When we engage someone, it is usually for defined assignments or windows—sometimes local, sometimes regional, and occasionally with travel. When travel is required and pre-approved, reasonable expenses may be reimbursed according to the written terms of that assignment.
