Mobile Master Technician - Northwest 1
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Need to parse posting. Job title: Mobile Master Technician - Mission Critical Projects. Not to repeat as heading. We need sections: - About the role: likely from "Job Purpose" paragraph. Also "Why This Role Stands Out" maybe part of Benefits? Actually "Why This Role Stands Out" lists Premium Pay, Per Diem, Company-Provided Housing, Relocation Assistance. Those are benefits. So we can put Benefits section with those items. - Responsibilities: from "What you will do..." bullet list. - Requirements: from "Requirements" paragraph. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements? Could combine? But we need separate sections only if content. The posting has "Requirements" and "Skills". So we can have Requirements (education, experience, license, tools) and Skills (diagnostic, etc). Qualifications maybe not separate; we could omit if no distinct content. The posting doesn't have a separate "Qualifications" heading. So we skip Qualifications. - Benefits: from "Why This Role Stands Out" list: Premium Pay, Daily Per Diem, Company-Provided Housing, Relocation Assistance. Also later benefits list (medical, dental, etc). Those are also benefits. So we can combine all benefits into Benefits section. - Pay: from "Pay Range: $35-$40 per hour plus $65 a day per diem". Also note about actual salary discretion but we should not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The Pay Range is specific. So we include Pay section with that. - Schedule: maybe from travel up to 90%, flexible hours, weekends, emergency call-outs. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with travel requirement and flexible hours. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, cookie/navigation, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from sections. Let's extract: About the role (Job Purpose): "The Mobile Master Technician - Mission Critical Projects is a master-level technician deployed to high-priority Herc Rentals locations across the country. This long-term role is designed to provide expert technical support, reduce downtime, and ensure fleet readiness in critical operational zones. The position requires extensive travel (up to 90%) and the ability to work independently while building strong relationships with local teams and customers. In some instances, this role could involve temporary relocation for 12 months or more at a time." We could also include "Founded in 1965..." but that's company info, not about role. Might be considered About the role? Probably not; it's company overview. The instruction: use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The company overview could be part of About the role? Might be considered background. But we can include it in About the role as it's substantive. However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It didn't forbid including company overview. I'd include a brief About the role paragraph that includes job purpose and maybe company overview? But better to keep About the role as the job purpose description. The company overview could be omitted? It's substantive but not about role. Might be considered filler? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep company overview somewhere. Where? Could be in About the role as a preamble. Or we could create a separate section like "Company Overview" but not in allowed headings. So we must fit into allowed headings. Probably include it in About the role. Thus About the role paragraph: combine company overview and job purpose. Now Responsibilities: list from "What you will do..." bullet points. Let's extract each: - Travel to designated Herc branches and customer job sites to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of fleet equipment. - Prioritize service needs in high-impact areas, including emergency repairs, fleet readiness for large-scale projects, and support for under-resourced branches. - Diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and propane systems. - Recondition and replace parts to restore equipment to safe operating condition. - Educate local teams and customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance to prevent future breakdowns. - Maintain a clean and organized work area at each job site and adhere to all safety protocols both in the shop and on the road. - Maintain assigned truck housekeeping and parts inventory - Maintain equipment to company standards of readiness, completing appropriate paperwork for repair tracking and accounting, including applicable DOT driver logs and electronic paperwork - Produce timely and detailed service reports and repair logs for each location visited. - Collaborate with branch managers and regional operations to identify and resolve recurring technical issues. - Serve as a technical mentor to local technicians when needed.
