Mobile Master Personal Trainer

As a Master Trainer, you'll do more than train clients. You'll mentor other trainers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in your community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Skills

• Sales and field marketing experience preferred

Pay

$50 - $55/hour + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
