Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple multifamily properties
- Complete service requests and work orders efficiently and on time
- Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues early
- Affiliate with unit turns, make-readies, and overall property upkeep
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and compliance standards
- Travel to assigned communities as needed (typically within a 1–2 hour radius of Raleigh)
Qualifications
- Some experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or similar (not required to be an expert)
- Hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable traveling to properties within a 1–2 hour radius of Raleigh
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility to adapt to different properties and needs
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
