Mobile Maintenance Parts Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Track and inspect parts ordered for planned jobs and ensure all parts are on site before the job is scheduled.
• Create and maintain a process for ordering and tracking replacement parts and components.
• Maintain core returns to ensure proper credit to eliminate lost revenue.
• Create work orders for unplanned repairs with attention for minimal down time.
• Create requisitions from work orders and direct ordering.
• Work with planners and warehouse personnel to have parts kitted, and staged where appropriate for planned maintenance.
• Work with mobile maintenance personnel to address needs and concerns for completing scheduled work.
• Auxiliary in creating additional work orders, as necessary.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with mining equipment (surface), preferred.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), as well as MS Office and SAP, required.
• Exceptional organizational skills, required.
• Effective and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, required.
• Teamwork skills, required.
• Safety and efficiency in performing assigned tasks without supervision, required.
• Understanding and applying verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures, required.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, required.
• The ability to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment, required.
• The ability to frequently sit, stand and walk, required.
• The ability to operate a shop forklift, required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the position, required.
