Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting various facilities in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic Location: Louisville, KY What's the Job? Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. Assist senior mechanics with maintenance and repair tasks while independently managing defined responsibilities. Inspect and repair interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting to ensure optimal operations. Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as needed. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS (Maximo). Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft., and work in adverse conditions including extreme temperatures. What's in it for me?
