Mobile LVN/LPN - Per Diem In-Home Services

Role: Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse providing flexible, per diem in-home clinical services across various locations. Responsibilities Perform in-home blood draws, specimen labeling, and transport to laboratories.Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings following training.Complete visit documentation and report adverse events accurately.Manage medical supplies and organize transportation and storage.Track mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance. Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license.Current CPR certification.At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.Proficiency with medical equipment and documentation practices.Fluent in spoken and written English.
