Mobile LVN/LPN - Per Diem In-Home Services

About the Role

A Mobile Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides in-home clinical services, including blood collection, EKGs, and screenings, to support patients initiating therapy with complex medications. This flexible, per diem position involves traveling within designated areas, with scheduling managed by the employer, allowing focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport per protocols.
• Conduct EKGs and other screenings as trained.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and manage clinical supplies.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to document visits and report adverse events.
• Ensure accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience; EKG experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles.
• Proficient in medical equipment use and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, patient-focused approach, and valid driver’s license.
