Mobile HVAC Technician
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations. Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation. Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards. Conduct preventative maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and record system readings.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems
- EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel
