Mobile HVAC Technician
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and facilities.
Perform preventative maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and compliance with standards.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel
