Mobile HVAC Technician
What's the Job?
Perform routine and preventative HVAC maintenance across multiple industrial properties
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal operation
Coincide with vendors and property managers for repairs and upgrades
Respond promptly to emergency HVAC situations to minimize downtime
Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities using digital tools
What's Needed?
- A high school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience supporting industrial or commercial HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CMMS systems, BMS, and digital work order platforms (preferred)
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
