Mobile HVAC/R Engineer
What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met.
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
What's Needed?
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Valid state driver’s license and willingness to perform call-in work as required.
- Strong technical knowledge of system design, applications, and maintenance procedures.
