Mobile Home Park Manager

About the role

Mobile Home Parks in the Baton Rouge area is seeking a Park Manager to oversee clean, safe, and well-functioning mobile home communities. Previous real estate management experience and familiarity with Rent Manager Software are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests from residents
• Provide excellent service to residents
• Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs)
• Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes

Requirements

• Experience in property management preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required

Pay

Salary plus incentives based on experience.
