About the role
Our East County Mobile Home Community is looking for an onsite Park Manager. The Park will provide your housing and a salary.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly rent statements and billing changes
- Collect, post and deposit rent payments
- Manage daily property operations
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Walk the property regularly to identify issues and upcoming work
- Inspect the property for cleanliness
- Communicate clearly with Property Management on priorities and issues
- Maintain organized records, payments, billing changes, deposits and incident reports
- Respond quickly to urgent repairs and property needs
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Timely, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable walking mobile home community, solving problems hands-on
- Must maintain Tenant Relations
- Clear and professional communicator
- Dependable transportation required
Qualifications
- Property or Mobile Home management experience
- Experience managing vendors or contractors
