About the role
iHeartMedia is the number one audio company in America, reaching 90% of Americans every month. We are the largest podcast publisher and creator of many popular live music events. As a Mobile Growth Specialist, you will ensure accurate attribution and track user acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Own attribution and tracking end to end
- Maintain and audit the measurement stack
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns
- Build and run lifecycle and winback programs
- Manage budget allocation and spend
- Contribute to creative and messaging
- Research and test new channels, tools, and tactics
- Monitor campaigns and programs regularly
Requirements
- Direct, hands-on working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer strongly preferred)
- A genuine, working grasp of mobile attribution
- Demonstrated experience configuring or auditing SDK integrations
- Experience running paid campaigns across major ad platforms
- Exposure to CRM, lifecycle, or messaging platforms used for retention and winback
- Comfort working with data, analytics, and reporting tools
- Close attention to detail
- Self-starter who's comfortable building process where none exists
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire for continued knowledge sharing and learning
Skills
- Technical skills in mobile measurement and attribution
- Experience with privacy-driven measurement tools like SKAdNetwork
- Ability to write persuasive copy and understand what makes it convert

Pay
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. Range: $66,300 - $80,000
