What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial tractors, trailers, and fleet equipment—on mobile road calls and in-yard serviceKeep customers moving by delivering prompt, professional service and clear communicationInspect and service brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems, hubs, axles, tires, bodies, and trailer componentsPerform preventative maintenance and test equipment to ensure safe, reliable performanceDocument work accurately through detailed work orders, inspection reports, repair notes, and findings for managementMaintain DOT-ready standards so trailers meet U.S. Department of Transportation road safety requirements What You’ll Bring to the Team 4+ years’ experience repairing commercial tractors and trailers; mobile repair experience preferredValid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferredPhysical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a hands-on service environmentBasic computer and communication skills for repair orders, billing, and documentationReliable follow-through to complete daily tasks safely, accurately, and efficientlyExperience with welding a plusSelf-motivated and independent mindsetHigh School Diploma or equivalent; technical school degree a plusYour own tools Benefits Competitive pay based on experience ($28-$38/hr.) plus 5% monthly commission based on truck profitabilityUnlimited overtimePaid time off, paid sick and paid holidaysExcellent medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with a generous company matchCompany-provided service vehicle and toolsCompany fuel and credit cardsCompany-provided uniformsEmployee assistance program and referral bonusA Monday-Friday work week promoting strong work-life balanceSupportive management and opportunities for advancement Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, and is committed to providing employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, age, color, national origin, ethnicity, creed, religion, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, marital status, pregnancy, or veteran status.
