Mobile Field Equipment Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools as required.
• Create and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Order necessary parts from vendors as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technician experience with repairing and maintaining construction equipment.
• Experience with aerial equipment is a plus.
• Advanced mechanical background knowledge, including various engine types, hydraulic, and electrical experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Own the tools applicable to the position.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical.
• Acceptable MVR.
