This position is part of a new franchise in the Huntsville & Decatur areas with an anticipated soft opening of 12 October 2026. At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. No rent, no sales quotas, no waiting for walk-ins. Just you, your skills, and clients who need your coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session

Requirements

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, team-focused group

Compensation

$25 – $35/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
