Mobile Expert

About the role

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around products and services, obsessed with the connected world, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, immerse themselves in meaningful customer connections, build and deepen relationships, uncover customer needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. They meet performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to customers while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leveraging digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completing training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Making the most of shift time, seeking information between customers, learning about wireless and technology innovations
• Partnering with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 30 days T‑Mobile Mobile Associate experience (preferred)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Travel: Not required. Position is not DOT regulated nor safety‑sensitive.

Pay

Hourly base pay: $19.50. Annualized incentive target: $18,000 (actual earnings vary with performance and full‑time status). T‑Mobile guarantees all employees earn at least $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee is eligible for an annual stock grant.
