Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to actively demonstrate T-Mobile's ever-expanding coverage and how it can benefit customers.
• Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
• Seek out information between customers, learn about innovations in wireless and technology, and make the most of their time on shift.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Successfully identify and handoff small business leads and support team initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
