About the role
We are seeking dedicated Forklift/HiLo Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating forklifts to move products within the warehouse, load/unload trucks, and manage inventory in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Move product within the warehouse and load trucks as needed.
- Unload trucks and put inventory away.
- Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
- Load trucks with empty dunnage.
- Prioritize safety in all operations.
- Maintain constructive relationships and lead by example.
- Take initiative to improve processes and outcomes.
Expectations
- Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day.
- Availability for overtime and weekend work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Demonstrate core values: hope, trust, compassion, justice, wisdom, and courage.
Requirements
- Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory.
- Must pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
