About the Role

Our manufacturing company is seeking dedicated Forklift/HiLo Operators to join our 3rd shift team. We’re looking for individuals who consistently show up on time and are ready to be team players.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift in a safe manner
• Move product within the warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage

Expectations

• Prioritize safety in all operations
• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours a day
• Availability for overtime and weekend work
• Strong communication skills
• Maintain self-confidence and the self-esteem of others
• Build and maintain constructive relationships
• Take initiative to improve processes
• Lead by example and be punctual

Requirements

• Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory
• Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check
