Mobile Equipment Operator 2

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently load, unload, sort, and transport materials to and from processing areas, railroad cars, trucks, and storage bins.
• Skillfully operate levers, pedals, and lifting devices to maneuver heavy loads safely and accurately.
• Perform daily inspections, fueling, and cleaning.
• Document mechanical performance and proactively report maintenance needs to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
• Auxiliary support in hazardous waste handling/shipping processes and physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• Contribute to the site safety culture by following all protocols and participating in company-wide safety programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy mobile equipment (e.g., knuckleboom, wheel loader, front-end loader).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
