Mobile Engineer

Responsibilities

• Inspect industrial assets and report on building conditions, including cleanliness, lighting, landscaping, signage, parking areas, and general site defects.
• Perform vacancy maintenance tasks such as trash removal, pressure washing, ceiling tile replacement, restroom cleaning, carpet vacuuming, and floor mopping.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, escalate issues to the appropriate manager, and support work order updates when needed.
• Complete property inspection reports, monitor fire/life safety areas, and carry out assigned maintenance and special tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be able to drive a company-provided vehicle.
• Ability to use basic computer tools, including a laptop and iPad, and communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., work at heights, use ladders up to 30 ft, and safely handle heavy objects up to 70 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, along with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
