Mobile Deposit Representative

About the role

As a Mobile Deposit Representative at Teachers Federal Credit Union, you will be responsible for facilitating mobile deposit transactions for members. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process mobile deposit transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with members to ensure they understand the process and answer any questions they may have.
• Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle escalated issues and provide support to members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is preferred but not required.
