Mobile Dentist

HealthDrive is seeking a Mobile Dentist to work part‑time (2 days/week) in Geriatric Dental Care covering the Corpus Christi, TX market. The position includes a highly‑skilled Dental Assistant and a minimum of $800 per day.

About the role

HealthDrive, with over 30 years of experience in senior‑living dental services, provides white‑glove concierge support from its provider support team in Framingham, MA. The Mobile Dentist will deliver routine preventative examinations, restorative care, extractions, denture fabrication, relines, and repairs to residents of nursing homes, assisted‑living, and long‑term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and regular dental care, including restorative procedures, routine extractions, denture fabrication, and repairs.
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation in HealthDrive’s proprietary electronic medical record system.
• Apply proper coding guidelines and populate appropriate billing codes for services provided.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment.
• Guide patient volume to align with personal income goals and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. with a current state professional dental license.
• Proficiency in assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of dental care.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience using EMR systems, email, text, internet, and willingness to learn additional healthcare software.
• Self‑starter attitude with a focus on quality, thoughtful, and attentive care.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 15 lb, and transport mobile dental equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel significant distances as needed.
