About the role

Tired of working in the same shop every day? Victory Ford Service is going mobile. This is a non-flat rate position where you will manage your own day, problem-solve, and execute repairs on the go.

The mobile service unit will handle:

• Oil changes and tire rotations
• Factory recalls
• Warranty work
• Light maintenance

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and execute mobile service repairs
• Problem-solve and manage your daily schedule independently
• Deliver high-quality guest experience and customer convenience

Requirements

• Driver’s License (Required)
• Self-motivated and independent work ethic
• Passion for automobile repair and technology

Pay

$40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
