Mobile Associate, Store in Store - Retail Sales

About the role

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. This team excels in a high-traffic environment where technology constantly evolves, and customer needs change. Your mission is to educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while providing outstanding experiences that help customers stay connected to what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, systems, and reference resources.
• Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
• Provide excellent customer experiences by being friendly, engaging, and matching the pace of the customer.
• Establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction.
• Commit to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity in your location.
• Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and form relationships with new and existing customers.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay

• Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
• Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay.
• After completing training, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status).
• All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
• Every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
