Mobile Associate, Store in Store - Retail Sales
About the role
Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions. They are passionate about customer service and are committed to building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Engage with a broad range of customers in a retail environment, using digital tools and communication skills.
- Educate customers on T-Mobile products and services, using solution-based selling techniques.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes.
- Partner with nearby store locations to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing.
- Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations, including key management.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity and manage customer relationships.
- Manage Be Back processes and referrals, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Perform price overrides for specialty offers as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment

Pay
Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After completing training, Mobile Associates become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status.
Schedule
Hours may vary depending on the store location and shift.
