Mobile Associate - Retail Sales, Bilingual Spanish Prefered
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. So we need to decide which sections to include.
We have content: Job Overview (description) -> could be "About the role". Use About the role
then
with overview. Job Responsibilities: list ->
Responsibilities
then- ...
Education and Work Experience: could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The posting includes Education and Work Experience (High School Diploma/GED required, 6 months experience preferred). Also Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list (Change Agility, Communication, etc). Also age, work authorization. So we could combine into "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate.
We have Skills list: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: list of required skills. So we could have
Skills
with ul. We have Pay: "Hourly Base Pay: $21.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay." Also mention incentive target, guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, annual stock grant etc. So we have pay details. So we should includePay
with p. We have Benefits: long list of benefits. SoBenefits
with ul. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We also have "Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): No" etc. That's minor metadata; we could fold into a short p maybe under About the role or Requirements? But instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. So we could include a short p after overview maybe containing travel, DOT regulated, safety sensitive, age, work auth. But we already have age and work auth in Requirements. Travel etc could be minor metadata; we could include a short p after Responsibilities maybe. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting: job overview, responsibilities, education/experience, skills list, age, work authorization, travel, DOT regulated, safety sensitive, pay details, benefits list, stock grant, etc. Also mention that after 90 days training pay, promotion to Mobile Expert, incentive target $18k/year, actual incentives vary, guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, all employees eligible for annual stock grant. Also mention benefits details: medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, up to 12 paid holidays (about 4 weeks for new full-time, 2.5 weeks for part-time), paid parental/family leave, family building benefits, back-up care, enhanced family support, childcare subsidy, tuition assistance, college coaching, short- and long-term disability, voluntary AD&D, accident, life, disability, long-term care insurance, mobile service & home internet discounts, pet insurance, commuter and transit programs. Also mention "Never stop growing!" etc about career growth; but that's maybe fluff; but we should preserve substantive information; it's not boilerplate? It's motivational but could be considered boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO etc. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? But we can include as a short p under About the role maybe. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we must remove that. Also the accommodation contact info; that's part of EEO/accommodation; we should remove. Also the "T-Mobile USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove. Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. Now craft HTML. Structure:
About the role
Job overview text...
Maybe also include a short p for metadata like travel etc after overview? Could be separatebut we can incorporate. Better: After overview, we can have a
containing: Travel required: No; DOT regulated: No; Safety sensitive: No; Must be at least 18 years old; Legally authorized to work in the United States. But we also have age and work auth in Requirements; we could avoid duplication. However we must preserve all substantive info; if we put it only in Requirements, it's still preserved. So we can keep age and work auth in Requirements section. Travel/DOT/Safety could be minor metadata; we could put them in a short p after Responsibilities or after Overview. Let's put them in a
after Overview labeled maybe "Additional details". But we shouldn't create a heading for that; just a

before list. We must not include boilerplate like "Never stop growing!" etc. That's maybe okay to keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate but it's motivational fluff. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That paragraph is substantive? It's about career growth; maybe we can include as a short p under About the role after overview. But it's not required; but to preserve all substantive info, we should include it. However it's somewhat generic; but it's still part of posting. Let's include a short p after overview: "Never stop growing! As part of the T‑Mobile team, you know the Un‑carrier doesn’t have a corporate ladder–it’s more like a jungle gym of possibilities! We love helping our employees grow in their careers, because it’s that shared drive to aim high that drives our business and our culture forward. By applying for this career opportunity, you’re living our values while investing in your career growth–and we applaud it. You’re unstoppable!" That's a lot; but it's substantive? It's more fluff but we must preserve. However we might consider it as boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO; it's motivational. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not those. So we should keep it. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: overview and the growth paragraph. We also need to include the sentence "At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers. All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!" This is also substantive about total rewards; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? But we have Pay and Benefits sections; this is more about total rewards. Could incorporate into About the role as an introductory paragraph. Let's put it as first p in About the role. Thus About the role will have:
At T‑Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers. All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package – this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth‑building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year‑round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!
Then overview paragraph. Then growth paragraph. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any details: The posting also mentions "Job Overview This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. It involves building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. The role
