Role Overview

This position supports retail operations by engaging customers, understanding their technology needs, and providing personalized device and service solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits effectively.
• Complete training to stay knowledgeable about products, systems, and processes.
• Engage customers through needs exploration and hands-on technology demonstrations.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 6 months of customer service or sales experience, especially in retail.
• Required skills include change agility, communication, customer problem-solving, engaging people, multitasking, and sales ability.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
