Mobile Associate, Bilingual Spanish - Retail Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay

Hourly base pay of $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay during the first 90 days. After completing training, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn at least $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
