Mobile Associate, Bilingual Spanish (Preferred) - Retail Sales

The role requires consistent use of digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits effectively. Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay

• Hourly base pay: $20.50
• Training pay: $5.00 per hour (applies during the first 90 days of on‑the‑job training)
• After training, Mobile Associates promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary by performance and full‑time status)
• All employees are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives
• All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant
