Mobile Application Developer – React Native / .NET
About the role
SpecialtyRx is seeking an experienced and highly organized IT professional highly skilled Mobile Application Developer with strong full-stack capabilities to build and support modern, high-performance mobile applications and the backend systems that power them. We are looking for someone with exceptional technical ability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership of complex development work. Years of experience are less important than demonstrated technical strength and capability. Specialty Rx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. Specialty Rx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional coding and problem-solving ability
- Ability to understand complex applications and architecture
- Ability to take a requirement from concept through implementation
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Clean, organized, maintainable coding practices
- Strong understanding of performance and scalability
- Ability to identify inefficient code and recommend better solutions
- Ability to work across mobile, frontend, backend, API, and database layers
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Strong React Native, React, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong C# / .NET
- Advanced SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Experience with REST APIs
- Strong mobile and full-stack development skills
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving ability
- Clean, scalable coding practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-driven with strong ownership
- Experience level flexible; technical ability is key

Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm (Monday‑Friday and weekends if needed)
