Mobile Application Developer
About the role
Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure mobile applications supporting federal customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop native and cross‑platform mobile applications using Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native, or Xamarin.
- Build secure, high‑performance applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive mobile experiences.
- Participate in Agile development, planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
- Support application testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required; eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of mobile application development experience.
- Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Java, Kotlin).
- Experience with React Native, Xamarin, or similar cross‑platform frameworks.
- Knowledge of mobile application security and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating backend services and APIs.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DoD mobile security requirements.
- Experience deploying applications to iOS and Android enterprise app stores.

Pay
The base salary range for this location is $75,000 – $95,000. The role may also be eligible for variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions.
