Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Horrocks’ Construction Information Management System (CIMS) mobile app
  • Support the full development lifecycle, including concept, design, release, and maintenance
  • Submit and review pull requests in a collaborative team environment
  • Work with testers to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions
  • Apply modern technologies, version control practices, and structured release processes

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Required: Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to meet project needs
  • Required: 2–4 years of experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
  • Required: Experience building applications using .NET MAUI for iOS and Windows platform
  • Required: Strong understanding of: MVVM architecture, dependency injection
  • Required: Knowledge of mobile-first UX design principles
  • PREFERRED: Experience with NUnit / xUnit testing frameworks
  • PREFERRED: Experience developing UI using XAML
  • PREFERRED: Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
  • PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • PREFERRED: Experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET
  • PREFERRED: Experience in full-stack native mobile application development
  • PREFERRED: Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs
