Mobile 12v Mechanic Telematics Install Technician (1099)
About the role
This is a fully mobile, independent role where you’ll travel from your home to scheduled customer locations throughout the Saint Louis, MO area. Job assignments and appointment times are issued electronically. Technicians are expected to arrive on time and complete work within scheduled windows. While you work independently in the field, professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations in the Saint Louis area as assigned.
- Receive job assignments and appointment times electronically.
- Arrive on time and complete work within the scheduled windows.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail while working independently.
Requirements
- Background in automotive repair, body work, car audio, or solid 12‑volt wiring experience.
- Comfortable working with hand tools and on vehicles of all types.
- Able to follow installation standards and document work using a smartphone.
- MECP certification is a plus (not required).
- Reliable transportation required (technicians use their own vehicle).
