Responsibilities and Duties

• Educate seniors and pre-retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
• Absorb Medicare beneficiaries with applications, enrollments, and plan changes
• Conduct client interviews and needs assessments
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service
• Generate new business from company-provided marketing and lead systems
• Stay current on Medicare and insurance regulations in Minnesota

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Word, CRM systems)
• Desire to help seniors and grow within your community
• Insurance license
