About the role
Sirio Srl is seeking a qualified teacher for the first module of Apprenticeship courses to be held on-site at an employer's location in Borgo Mantovano (MN).
Responsibilities
The course will last 40 hours and will take place at the employer's premises. The program includes:
- Comunication (8 hours): Assertiveness, empathy, active listening, feedback construction, public speaking, conflict management, and customer orientation.
- Organizational Management (8 hours): Corporate social responsibility, strategic planning, and value and mission redefinition.
- Quality Management (8 hours): Study of sectoral quality directives and monitoring techniques.
- Workplace Relations (8 hours): Deepening on workers' and company's rights and duties, Collective Code of Conduct for Non-Performers (CCNL), apprenticeship, data protection, and administrative law.
- Workplace Safety (8 hours): Analysis of the D.Lgs. 81/2008 regulations, protective devices, risk identification, and environmental law.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the subjects covered, including communication, organizational management, quality management, workplace relations, and workplace safety.
- At least 2/3 years of teaching experience, with a strong background in managing corporate training programs.
- Residence or domicile in Borgo Mantovano or nearby areas to ensure availability and ease of travel.
