About the role

The position performs tasks and functions to support the Distribution operation, including auditing pallets, computer use, investigation, material movement, and the ability to sit and lift no more than 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Audit selected outbound pallets to different customers.
• Sort material by SKU and batch for auditing purposes and reassemble pallets according to L’Oréal Standards.
• Communicate inaccuracies found to teams.
• Use Manhattan and SAP to check pallet accuracy.
• Correct stock physically and systematically.
• Apply knowledge of material defects provided by L’Oréal Quality.
• Understand batch code process for expiration dates of material.
• Sort material based on HAZ classes with a basic understanding of HAZ material.
• Apply basic inventory management skills.
• Collect expired material for destruction.
• Utilize team members to assist in sorting functions as needed.
• Empty waste/recycle bins as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required; no immigration support/sponsorship offered.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift experience required; possess PIT certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) experience required.
• SAP experience.
• WMS (Manhattan) experience.

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
