MM MD/Linen Tech - MATERIALS DISTRI

Resource (PRN) position at Kettering Health Hamilton, supporting Materials Management operations on the first shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory assessments to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment.
• Assists Materials Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Follows directions and assists Material Management leadership with assigned duties.
• Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Provides coverage support for Materials Management operations during employee absences, scheduled time off, and staffing needs.
• Maintains flexibility to work a varied schedule based on departmental needs, including occasional weekends and one holiday per year.
• Supports daily Materials operations by ensuring supplies are picked, delivered, and stocked in a timely and accurate manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in materials management processes preferred.
• Knowledge of computer and computer-related equipment preferred.
• Prior experience with receiving and inventory processes is highly desirable.
• This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on departmental needs, performance, and future staffing requirements.
