ML Technical Lead, Agentic Interactions

Sandbar is seeking a technical lead for its Stream consumer product. The role sets technical direction and leads development of self-aligned agentic experiences, including conversational interactions and information retrieval, while building and optimizing model development and inference systems. Responsibilities Lead architecture, strategy, and tradeoffs for our ML-based productsDesign and improve user-facing model-based experiences, including agentic control, conversational interactions, and information retrievalDevelop infrastructure to rapidly develop, evaluate, and deploy modelsOptimize inference pipelines for latency, reliability, and concurrencyWork closely with other ML/AI engineers, infrastructure engineers, designers, and cofounders on existing and future products
