ML Researcher (Remote)

Remote contract role with a global leader in the Technology, Information and Internet industry, focused on advancing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex, high-impact problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges.
• Conduct research to improve existing models and explore new approaches in AI and machine learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that inform model improvements.
• Document research findings and present results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in applied mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other specialized AI domains.
• Ability to design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and accuracy.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing for scalable ML model training.

Pay

$20 – $90/hour
