Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to solve complex distributed systems and business challenges at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data, ML, or AI infrastructure.
• A proven track record of building scalable, distributed production systems.
• Your coding and design skills are exceptional. While Python and Golang are our primary tools, your overall engineering expertise and problem-solving abilities matter most.
• You are proficient in leveraging big data, web, and AI technologies such as Kafka, Postgres, Redis, FastAPI, Ray, AnyScale, LangGraph, LangSmith or similar tools.
• You have hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud-based providers.
• You excel at thinking globally, developing solutions that address multiple needs while prioritizing business impact.

Pay

Salary Range $136,000—$167,000 USD
