ML Engineer, I - MLOps Framework

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a ML Engineer, I - MLOps Framework to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will support the reliability and day-to-day operation of machine learning workflows that enable model development teams to move efficiently from experimentation to production. You will focus on MLOps support, pipeline troubleshooting, and collaborative improvements that strengthen the broader ML stack. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and improve operational processes in a fast-paced automotive environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call MLOps support to model development teams
• Triage and resolve pipeline issues promptly
• Assist in debugging workflows and identifying root causes in the ML stack
• Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance tooling and operational processes
• Communicate findings and resolutions with stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience in ML or related roles
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch
• Experience with MLOps tooling, including CI/CD systems and pipeline orchestration
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to triage issues effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Pay

$132,400+ annually
