ML Engineer

About the role

The ML Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying secure machine learning solutions that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable machine learning solutions.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring they are secure and performant.
• Conduct experiments and iterate on model performance through continuous improvement cycles.
• Own the full lifecycle of ML projects, from data preparation to model deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering and machine learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering successful machine learning projects.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and machine learning.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with databases and data warehousing tools.
• Understanding of cloud-based services and infrastructure.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
