About the role
The ML Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying secure machine learning solutions that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain machine learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable machine learning solutions.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring they are secure and performant.
- Conduct experiments and iterate on model performance through continuous improvement cycles.
- Own the full lifecycle of ML projects, from data preparation to model deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering and machine learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles and techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering successful machine learning projects.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and machine learning.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with databases and data warehousing tools.
- Understanding of cloud-based services and infrastructure.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
