ML Architect

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Machine Learning Architect to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making.

About the role

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Builds and deploys machine learning models in production
• Collaborates with stakeholders to scope data science projects
• Communicates modeling challenges and outcomes to stakeholders
• Designs and implements ETL data pipelines from various sources
• Explores and assesses new data sources for commercial value
• Mentors team members and acts as a subject matter expert

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field preferred
• 10 years of experience in related fields with 3 years in predictive modeling and data science
• Proficient in Python or R with focus on reproducibility
• Strong background in data visualization tools and data wrangling techniques
• Expertise in SQL for database querying

Pay

$175,000 – $220,000 annually
