Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers.
- Mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks based on customer needs and expectations.
- Interact with hotel guests to ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge.
- Lightly cook with a TurboChef.
- Take orders and serve snacks and drinks to customers.
- Absorb customers' needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Check customers' identification to confirm their legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work part-time hours.
- Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation and serving.
- Basic knowledge of food service operations.
- Ability to interact professionally with guests.
