About the Role

At Crowne Plaza Knoxville, our bar is more than just a place to grab a drink—it's where guests gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories. We're looking for a talented Mixologist who takes pride in their craft, enjoys being creative, and knows how to make every guest feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Create and mix high-quality cocktails that align with the bar’s brand and menu offerings
• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and ingredients
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
